When is my order processed?
All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Gurugram, India. We generally dispatch within 24 to 48 working hours of payment confirmation, and we ship on weekdays and weekends both.
How long will delivery take?
- Metro cities — 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
- Other cities and towns — 4 to 7 working days
- Remote and hill areas, North-East and island territories — 7 to 10 working days
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Festive periods, sale events, strikes and weather can add a few days.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can check it any time on our Track Order page. Tracking can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to start updating.
Order hasn’t moved?
If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 working days, WhatsApp us here or at +91 93154 46646 with your order ID and we’ll chase it with the courier.
