Where we ship

We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order. All orders on this store are prepaid — we do not offer cash on delivery — and prepaid orders carry an extra 10% off at checkout.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

Metro cities — 2 to 4 working days
Other cities and towns — 4 to 7 working days
Remote and hill areas, North-East and island territories — 7 to 10 working days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during festive periods, sale events, strikes, extreme weather or other conditions outside our control.

Tracking your order

You receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track it any time on our Track Order page. Tracking can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to begin updating.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because nobody was available to receive it after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may be chargeable.

Delays, damage and lost shipments

If your order has not moved in tracking for more than 5 working days, or arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. WhatsApp us here or at +91 93154 46646 and we will trace, replace or refund it.

We recommend recording an unboxing video for any order that arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, as it helps us settle a claim with the courier quickly.
