This website is operated by RIVLELITE VENTURES PVT. LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RIVLELITE VENTURES PVT. LTD., trading as RhinoGuards. By visiting rgmobilegear.in or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or breach any law in your jurisdiction when using the service.

2. Products and pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, correct pricing errors, and to limit or discontinue any product at any time.

We have made every effort to display our product colours and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be accurate. Product images are representative; minor variation in shade or finish is normal.

Where a product listing describes a printed pattern, a coated finish or a design inspired by a device generation, that description is definitive. We identify such products honestly on their listing pages.

3. Orders and payment

All orders on this store are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through our payment providers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where a pricing or stock error has occurred, or where an address cannot be serviced. If we cancel an order after payment, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

Placing an order does not guarantee availability. Where stock is unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and refund in full.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Warranty and liability

Our products are protective accessories. They are designed to reduce the risk of damage from everyday scratches, scuffs and drops, but no case or screen protector can prevent all damage. We do not warrant that a product will prevent damage to your device, and we are not liable for damage to a device, or for any loss of data, arising from use of our products.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

6. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

7. Personal information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The RhinoGuards name, logo, product photography and site content are our property. Device names such as iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Apple Watch are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to identify compatibility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies.

You can review the most current version of these terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these terms by posting the updated version here.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
