Is the back actually 3D?
No — and we say this everywhere on purpose. It's a 2D print on a flat matte surface. Lighting in photos can make it look sculpted, but the back is smooth.
Will the print fade or peel?
The artwork is printed into the matte surface rather than stuck on top, so it doesn't peel at the edges or rub off with pocket wear.
Which iPhone models does it fit?

How protective is it?
