Before you personalise.
Why is this product prepaid only?
Your wallet is engraved with your personal name or signature — it can't be resold to anyone else. That's why orders are prepaid (UPI, cards, netbanking) and engraved pieces can't be returned or exchanged.
What should my signature photo look like?
Sign on plain white paper with a dark pen and take a sharp, well-lit photo straight from above. We clean it up before engraving. If the image isn't usable, we'll reach out on your order email before engraving anything.
How long until it arrives?
Engraving takes 24–48 hours, then it ships tracked from Gurgaon. Most metros receive it within 2–4 days of dispatch.
What if it arrives damaged or the engraving is wrong?
Message us within 48 hours with photos. If the damage is from transit or the engraving doesn't match what you entered, we replace it free — no questions.
Do you handle company orders?
Yes — 10 pieces to 500+, each engraved with a different name or your logo, with GST invoice. Use the corporate & bulk form above and we'll send a quote within one working day.
